This study aims to analyze the potential of surface water meet agricultural needs in Kediri Regency, Indonesia. Data from government agencies (i.e., Indonesian Bureau Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agriculture Office) fieldwork were analyzed achieve research objectives. The data obtained consisted rainfall, temperature, infiltration capacity, soil texture, root depth, land area. resources was calculated by using Thornthwaite–Mather balance method. results compared with demands, which on basis area type crop, particularly paddy fields.
